Rates

(Rates are subject to change based on demand and availability)

Room Rental 

Monday-Thursday $150 (2 hr minimum, +$50/hr for each additional hour)

Friday-Sunday $300 (2 hr minimum, +75/hr for each additional hour)

Venue access is from the time reserved on the date of reservation. This includes setup and cleanup. The following are included in room rental:

• Private event space

• Digital display screen

• Seating for approximately 40

• Display tables (up to three)

• Table linens, black ($15/per linen)

• Cloth napkins ($2/per)

Terms and Conditions

Deposit and Payment

Full Rental Payment is due at the time of reservation. Rental fee is refundable up to 14 days before the event. Additional services/food/drink payments will be due before or on the day of the event, as invoiced by Southridge Brewing and agreed upon in the rental contract.

Responsibilities

The Event Organizer (you) is responsible for all setup, teardown, and cleanup of the venue and agrees to return the venue to the condition it was in prior to the event. No wax candles, glitter or confetti allowed. Any damages to the venue will be the responsibility of the event organizer.

Liability

Southridge Brewing and the associated LLCs are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the event. The Event Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Southridge Brewing and the associated LLCs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event.

The event organizer agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and regulations

​

Cleaning Fee

The Event Organizer agrees to pay a cleaning fee of up to $300 for any cleaning required beyond standard cleaning to return the venue to its original condition after the event. Due upon invoice.
